Any respiratory or cardiovascular health problems, blood pressure issues etc., as well as if a user is pregnant or breastfeeding, need to be communicated in advance at the SPA reception.
The minimum age to do the Circuits is 14 years old; those over 14 and under 18 must present their national ID card (DNI) and be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for the minor.

We have GIFT CARDS available for all our services. They are transferable and valid for one year from the date of purchase, that is, they expire on the same date the following year. The gift is no longer valid afterwards. There is also the option of buying personalised GIFT VOUCHERS for our treatments, which are sent by email within 1 to 2 days of payment. They are valid for one year and are no longer valid afterwards. GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED IN EXCHANGE FOR MONEY.
Clients holding a GIFT CARD or GIFT VOUCHER for any of our treatments should contact the SPA and request an appointment in order to enjoy their gift within its period of validity. We recommend booking your appointment in advance; the minimum period recommended is 2 months prior to the expiry date.
The use of razors, sponges, exfoliating gloves, masks etc. outside the changing room is strictly prohibited.
The changing rooms are equipped with individual lockers that work with €1 coins, where all personal belongings (clothing, shoes, bags, jewellery etc.) must be kept locked. The SPA accepts no liability for any possible losses.
Taking photos, filming or recording inside the establishment is prohibited.
Civic-minded behaviour and respect towards the centre’s other users and employees is required. The SPA is a space for rest and well-being, so it is essential to respect the silence.
