How early should I arrive at the Spa?

You need to be there 15 minutes before the appointment.

What can I do at the Spa while pregnant?

If you are pregnant, you can enjoy: Future Mum Massage, Pregnancy Special, Pedicure and Facial Treatments. All from the 4th month of pregnancy.

Can I use an expired voucher?

No. The voucher is no longer valid after the expiry date.

Can you see the facilities?

No, you cannot see the facilities for reasons of hygiene and out of respect for other users.

Do you have to make an appointment for any services?

Yes, you need to book. For weekends and bank holidays, a minimum of 30 days in advance is recommended.

How much notice is required to cancel an appointment? Is there a penalty for cancellation?

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment without penalties. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the value of the treatment in question. With less than 12 hours’ notice, 100% will be charged. A credit card number, room number or validation code will be required to guarantee the booking.

We have changing rooms with showers, hair dryers and soap available to our clients. Our opening hours: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Sundays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
